Download a printable form to send a cheque or be transferred to Charity Aid Foundation (CAF) to make other types of payment.
All donations are gratefully acknowledged, a registration form for the Flower Book will be automatically sent out with the letter of thanks.

Donations in lieu of flowers
If you would like to make a donation in lieu of flowers or in memory of a loved one, you are most welcome to have their name included in our Flower Book of Remembrance. This book is displayed at the Ophthalmology Dept. Addenbrooke's.

Remember us in your Will
By leaving a legacy, your gift enables us to save sight. It is one way of making a positive difference beyond your lifetime.
If you have already made a Will, you may like to consider asking your solicitor to add a codicil, which will incorporate your gift to Cambridge Eye Trust. Should you wish guidance on adding a legacy to your Will please get in touch with a solicitor or us.
